Technical Training: Roller

The indoor trainer is a highly effective training tool: targeted technique training, in particular, can help you make significant progress in preparation for the outdoor season. However, many people don’t know how proper pedaling technique works or how to effectively incorporate it into their indoor training. We’ll show you exactly that through our group indoor training sessions, which you can join from the comfort of your own home via video stream.

Coach

Coach and cyclist Marcel Kamm will guide you through an introduction to efficient indoor training via a live video stream. He has extensive experience with indoor training and has been training regularly on a trainer himself for years.

Costs, Information, and Registration

The participation fee is CHF 25 per person. The event is guaranteed to take place with a minimum of 3 registrations. For more information and to register (please specify your preferred date): marcel.kamm@tempo.webfeed.ch.
