Coaching
For over 15 years, we’ve been advising athletes who want to balance their careers, families, and other commitments or interests with their passion for sports. We help you use your time efficiently and offer the full spectrum of services—from one-time consultations to seasonal planning and detailed training plans. All at fair prices, with ongoing feedback and adjustments, but without any unnecessary frills. Always personalized and tailored to you. You’ll benefit from our many years of experience. We’re also always open to new developments, which we incorporate into our training programs. Of course, we—and the athletes we coach—have a proven track record of success. All training programs have been and continue to be tested on ourselves. So far, they’ve been (almost) always successful.

Coach and active triathlete, road cyclist. Carlos was an extremely successful middle-distance runner. He was forced to end his elite athletic career due to an injury. Prior to that, he was a five-time Swiss champion and six-time Swiss runner-up in middle-distance events. With a personal best of 3:40.23 in the 1,500 meters, he still ranks 15th on the all-time Swiss list. However, the sport never let go of the former member of the Swiss national track and field team, and he became a successful triathlete with various top results across all distances. In the meantime, he primarily competed in cycling races, where he regularly stood on the podium. In recent years, however, the triathlon bug has firmly taken hold of him again. Carlos holds various coaching certifications and qualifications. His wealth of experience, however, is far more valuable than any awards. He gladly shares this with his athletes.

For example, in 2015 he finished the Norseman—considered one of the toughest Ironman races in the world—in 25th place, and in 2022 he finished the Swiss equivalent, the Swissman, in 14th place.
