Efficient Cable Training

Sept. 29, 2020

Since the lockdown, at the very latest, pull-cord training has become popular among many recreational swimmers. When done correctly, it’s an excellent and varied way to work on technique, strength, and even endurance. But very few people know how to use the pull-cord properly. An experienced swim coach will show you the most important training exercises and work with you individually to refine your technique.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently unable to hold any more on-site cable training sessions. However, Micky Tronczik has created two videos covering the key points:

Video 1: Basic Exercise with a Pull Rope
Video 2: Technique training with the pull rope

Key Areas

  • Technical training with personalized feedback
  • Exercises using a resistance band
  • Tips and tricks, as well as personalized recommendations for further training
