How do you get a loyalty card?

It’s simple: You can apply for a loyalty card once your total purchases have exceeded CHF 2,000. The discount will then be credited to your account. We no longer issue physical cards—after all, everyone already has enough cards in their wallet.

• The loyalty card is stored in our customer database; we no longer issue physical cards.
• Personal information, including name, address, phone number, and email address, is recorded in the customer database.
